Account & Data Deletion

InfoGic Technologies HRM ("the App") is an internal HR system where employee accounts are created and managed by your organisation's administrator, not by self-registration. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

To request that your account and associated data be deleted, do either of the following:

• Ask your organisation's administrator to delete your employee account from the admin panel, or
• Email privacy@infogictech.in from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your name and employee code.

What gets deleted

Once a deletion request is verified, the following is permanently removed within 30 days:

• Your account and profile details (name, email, mobile number, employee code).
• Live photos captured for attendance, activity and field-visit submissions.
• Signatures captured on activity forms.

What may be retained

Attendance, activity, leave and approval records (dates, timestamps, status and descriptions, excluding photos) may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form as required by your organisation's HR, payroll, audit or statutory record-keeping obligations, even after your photos and account are deleted.
